How many steps are involved in the customization process?

Initial Consultation

Quotation & Sampling

Formal quote within 2 working days. Proto samples in 5-7 working days for design validation, including size spec sheets and fabric swatches.

Order Confirmation

Sign contract and secure deposit. Pre-production samples in 15-20 working days with written sign-off before bulk production.

Production & Quality Control

Bulk production in 35-45 working days with in-line quality checks and weekly progress reports. Third-party or live video inspection available.

Payment & Delivery

Final payment settlement before shipment. Logistics coordination (FOB/FCA/CIF/EXW). Complete documentation package including invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
